It has been a min since we've blogged and we do apologise for that sometimes our careers get in the way of what we love doing the most. We are so humbled by the amount of views we get everyday even though we don't blog as much as we would like to. The support that you guys have given us is amazing and we do appreciate each and every click you do on our page it really means more to us then you can imagine. What you may not realise is that you as our supporters are the catalyst to what fuels our dreams and ambitions and we promise not to let you guys down and instead surprise you in the near future :)

Now that all the emotional stuff is out of the way lets get back to business shall we. We though it would be nice to give tribute to those who made the way for us and to those who are creating one, we're paying homage to the Style Icons of the past and present. Ranging from the ages 65 all the way 8 years these icons are the forces that are keeping fashion ALIVE!!!

We will start off with who we think are Style Icons in SA, those who really made they mark in the art of Style.

Due to the number of icons we have were going to split this article into 2 pieces. Part one SA Icons part 2 Global Icons.

We <3 her freckles.

Noni Gasa: One of SA's biggest icons in the fashion world
breaking all stereotypes on way to the top.

Minenhle Mini Dlamini: Making waves in both media and
fashion industry at such a young age one can say she
is doing pretty well and never lets us down when it
comes to public appearances.

We love the bold colours and sunnies.

Bonang Matheba: One might say she is one of the most
luckiest in SA's but we say she's a hard worker and has
been able to turn her name into a brand. Constantly posting
gorgeous pics on instagram she has what every girl dreams of
designer bags, shoes, clothes and everything else you could think of
that's designer...Recently made face of Revlon means that she's doing
something right.

Peak from her recently launched lingerie line Distraction.

We'll start off the Male section with one of the biggest Icons that ever lived
Mr Mandela or what we would like to call him "Tata" father of the nation.

Through out of all his public appearances his managed to look both presentable as
well as fashionable each time. There are now patterns named after him as well as
shirts done in his name to resemble the ones that he use to wear in public occasions.

Love this one, we need one of these :)

Maps Maponyane: Recently crowned Cosmopolitans Hottest his pictures
speak for themselves, public appearances his always well groomed clothes on point
not to mention his smart and well spoken and a gentleman, what more could a girl ask for.
PS Fufu has a crush on this one :)

AKA and Da Les: Standing out like they always do AKA(yellow coat)
and Da Les(Red suit) are currently talking the SA Hip Hop Industry by storm,
these young pioneers are good at what they do and still manage to look
FDT(Fresh To Death).

Stay tooned there's more to come :)
We going Global Next

Some things for the guys, we have gone and compared mens footwear, something that was originally manufactured for NOT for what its worn today. RedWings, an Irish make of shoes. These were originally made for men that worked in hard labour industries,  such as mines, logging and farming. But you know how fashion always find its way in the oddest of things. REDWINGS are a high quality brand for men, they have that edgy look and also a bit of cowboy feel. A man with a true sense of fashion will know just how to rock these.                                                                  RED WINGS Wolverines, the 1000mIle boots from wolverine sets standard for their durabilty when they were first made in 1914.
